Our senior staff brings over 30 years experience in all areas of the real estate business to the management of your property.  While the primary business of our firm is the management of condominiums, we have widespread experience in all phases of real estate, from insurance and financing to the design and development of a variety of building types.  Our staff also has extensive experience in pool management and preventive maintenance.

We manage and have consulted with the board of managers of condominium associations throughout St. Louis and St. Charles counties.  Our management engagements involve both on-site and off-site management.  In either case we listen carefully to the expectations of our clients and then tailor a management plan specifically prepared to handle all the needs of each individual association.

We've also served developers as managers of associations during the sales period and before owners take over the control of the association.  This we believe requires a special understanding of the rights and responsibilities of both parties, as well as sensitivity to the process of training which makes the transition to owner management harmonious and effective.
