About CPM

Located in the heart of Manchester, Missouri near the intersection of Manchester Road and Highway-141 - CPM manages communities throughout the metropolitan areas of St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri.  CPM was founded in 1985 as a resource for communities that needed accessible managers, sound advice, and timely resolutions to routine community issues while remaining proactive to future community needs.

With the above in mind, CPM continues today by supplying clients with managers that have committed themselves to community management through education and by vocation.  CPM Managers offer beneficial perspectives to their Boards because most of them were at one time a Community Board Member, or a provider of community association services themselves.  Aside from a Community Manager's personal experience, CPM's Senior Management staff is also available to assist communities when a project or problem requires an added layer of expertise.  CPM's Senior Management staff is set apart from many other local management companies through the quality of its management team; which includes a Community Associations Institute (CAI) Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).

The culture of CPM is centered on serving owners and Board Members through its staff, the use of current technology (without losing sight of those that have not transitioned), its in-house maintenance staff, and many other services.
