| If you would like to simplify the way you pay your Assessments our secure internal Auto-Debit / ACH system is just for you. Complete our online Auto-Debit / ACH Form by the 25th of the month and the next scheduled assessment payment will be deducted from your banking account after the fifth of each month automatically. |

Whether you are looking for convenience or avoiding a late fee, paying online is a great option. Because your community utilizes Smartstreet, a Division of RBC Bank and Condominium Property Management, Inc. (CPM) you have the ability to make individual or reoccurring payments online via e-check, debit card, or MasterCard. At the end of each business day Smartstreet sends CPM an electronic file updating your account with any fees they have collected from you on the Association's behalf.
